SHIPPING POLICY
There are three options for delivery:
SCHOOL GROUP: If part of a school group, delivery at the school group meeting prior to a booked trip (no cost)
COURIER – CAPE TOWN: Greater Cape Town area (R50)
COURIER – OUTSIDE CAPE TOWN: Other locations in South Africa (R80)
INTERNATIONAL: (to be confirmed)
TIMEFRAME:
Your order should be delivered within 3-4 working days of payment. If it is taking longer than this, please email us.
TRACKING:
Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to you.
REFUND POLICY
Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.
You are welcome to return a product within 7 days of the date of purchase via courier in South Africa or pick-up in Cape Town. We will either replace your product or refund you.
These products are designed to be used and to get dirty! Consider any small flaws part of their character. 😉
