SHIPPING POLICY
There are three options for delivery:
If part of a school group, delivery at the school group meeting prior to a booked trip (no cost)
- Courier: Cape Town
- Courier: Other locations in South Africa
- International: to be confirmed
TIMEFRAME: Your order should be delivered within 3-4 working days of payment. If it is taking longer than this, please email us.
TRACKING: Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking number will be sent to you.
REFUND POLICY
- Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.
- You are welcome to return a product within 7 days of the date of purchase via courier in South Africa or pick-up in Cape Town. We will either replace your product or refund you.
- These products are designed to be used and to get dirty! Consider any small flaws part of their character.
